Mostly before, sometimes after. It doesn't really matter =]

It's resin with a little bit of coloring in it. It hardens as it dries =]

That is very good! But I do think you need more shades of yellow and brown to achieve the best results. I find that using higher quality pastels works the best because of their rich pigments they put in.

Oh so true, I agree haha. I have another set of chalk pastels but I couldn't find it when I was doing this week's FTF @_@. If anything, I know what I will be buying at the craft store next time with my 40% off coupon haha ^___^
