Order Policy:

1. You must be 18+ to order, if not, please let your parent/guardian know you want to order and that a package will be arriving for you

2. There are no refunds

3. I reserve the right to make similar or same designs in the future

4. All prices are in USD

Things I Don't Make:

I don't make fan art because I feel it isn't right for me to do so since it's not my design.  I also don't make anything that's inappropriate or against my morals.  I reserve the right to decline any commission requests that I don't feel comfortable completing.

Order Process:

1. Send me a note/email with a detailed description of what you want made and I will reply letting you know whether I could make it or not and what the price will be.

                     - What color you want your piece in?

                     - Include pictures or sketches

                     - Size of the piece (max size 3" x 3" x 3”, unless it's a room)

                     - What accents you want on it (beads, crystals, etc)

2. Once you decide whether you would like to commission me, let me know. I do require full payment before I start working (for materials and what not).

3. Once I finish your piece, I will send you a note letting you know it is done and has been shipped

Shipping Policy

1. I charge $3 for all purchases shipping within the U.S.  For shipping internationally, it will be more, depending where you're shipping to.

2. Usually, in most cases, if the order is placed between Saturday - Wednesday, I can ship out by Friday.  If the order is ordered between Thursday - Friday, I can ship out by Tuesday.  If your piece will need extra time before shipping out, I will let you know when you order from me.

3. Each order shipped out will be accompanied with a tracking number (when available), which I will give you in a confirmation note/email.

4. If your piece arrives damaged (I know accidents do happen), let me know and we can work something out.
